We are SORN SOKUN, MUB SOVANALONG, PUN CHANTHUL, HORM VUTHEA, SRENG CHHOUNHENG, HUY TUY, has student Bachelor degree Batch 4 Major of Management at Human Resource University.
We are respect and thank for father and mother that give born to me and feed take care affectionate advice to do good in the society and also to sponsor to me since Primary school, High School, till graduated University. I respected and and show thankfulness and merit attained through helping my parent that give to me.
Thank excellency Seng Phaly Director of Human Resources University, and excellency Ek Monosen , Lecturer Ly Chrev that he is a leader of our group thesis and give strategy for research and collect information to great one thesis and also all staff lecturer at Human Resources University.
